BENGKEL TRANSFORMASI ORGANISASI DAN RASIONALISASI JD 

The University Housing and Accommodation Centre (HAC) at the USM Engineering Campus recently held an Organizational Transformation and JD Rationalization Workshop at Bertam Resort. This strategic session focused on four key areas: establishing a 2026-2027 Strategic Plan, aligning Job Descriptions with staff competencies, refining Standard Operating Procedures, and strengthening team performance.

The primary objective was to enhance HAC’s operational agility and service standards within the university’s evolving landscape. By synchronizing individual roles with institutional goals and establishing clear KPIs, the workshop aimed to eliminate role ambiguity and optimize productivity. This transformation ensures that HAC continues to deliver high-quality, transparent, and efficient services to students and the university community.
