ABOUT US

The University Housing and Accommodation Center (P3U) was formerly known as the University Housing and Accommodation Unit (UPPU) which was established on 1 October 1998. The establishment of the UPPU was after the merger of several Desasiswa and was responsible for coordinating matters related to accommodation and housing with the Desasiswa. UPPU is placed together with the Deputy Vice-Chancellor of Student Affairs and Development (HEPP).
In June 2009, the Student Affairs and Development Division (BHEPP) went through a transformation process and UPPU was placed under the BHEPP Service Sector. UPPU offices were also open at each BHEPP Engineering Campus and Health Campus.

In 2015 and 2016, there was another merger of Desasiswa. After research and discussion, the University through the University Management Committee (JKPU) at the 81st JKPU Meeting No. 16/2016 (excerpt from minutes 789.0) has agreed that UPPU be transformed into a University Housing and Accommodation Center (P3U) in accordance with the latest development and role of generating income of the Scholarship Center Fund.
