Welcome to the University Housing and Accommodation Centre (HAC) where campus life begins ! We manage comfortable, fully furnished hostels at the Engineering Campus, including Desasiswa Lembaran, Jaya, and Utama, housing over 2,600 students. Each space is designed for study, rest, and community with modern rooms, upgraded laundry facilities, and friendly staff who make sure you always feel at home.

The Housing and Accommodation Centre (HAC) at USM Engineering Campus Nibong Tebal manages a diverse residential community of both local and international students. Currently, there are 857 local students and a significant number of international students living across the campus hostels. In total, HAC oversees 101 desasiswa units, each designed to provide a safe, supportive, and comfortable living environment. This vibrant desasiswa community not only enhances students campus experience but also promotes cultural diversity, collaboration, and a sense of belonging among residents.
